• A read-only MCP server that gives AI agents patient context from any FHIR R4 server: patient search, a merged journey timeline, appointments, open slots, and a worklist of discharged patients with no follow-up booked.
• Retries with backoff, ID validation, paging that never sends credentials off-origin. 22 unit tests plus a live end-to-end check against the public HAPI FHIR server.

• Matches an HDFC statement CSV against a Tally XML export by reference, then by amount and date. Amount mismatches are held for review and ambiguous pairs are listed rather than guessed; every result points back to its source row.
